1.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and 777zt ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of all services accessible via 777zt.co.
1.2 The Platform operates an online sports betting and casino service accessible to qualifying users. All services are provided subject to these Terms and to any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.
1.3 The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.4 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The Platform is strictly prohibited to minors. 777zt will verify user age as part of the KYC process and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the 777zt Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Access to or use of the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done at your own risk and may constitute a breach of these Terms.
2.3 By registering an account, you warrant that:

3.2 One Account Per Person: You may hold only one registered account on the 777zt Platform. Duplicate accounts are a material breach of these Terms. 777zt reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts without notice and to void any transactions or balances associated with them.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC): Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any other time the Platform reasonably requires, you must complete identity verification by providing:
3.4 Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of time following a withdrawal request may result in suspension of the withdrawal and, in cases of extended non-compliance, suspension or closure of the account.
3.5 You warrant that all documents submitted for KYC purposes are genuine and unaltered. Submission of false or forged documents is a criminal matter and will be reported to relevant authorities.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777zt login credentials. You agree to notify 777zt immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
4.2 777zt will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from 777zt that requests your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team.
4.3 The Platform provides two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure. You are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA on your account via Account Settings.
4.4 777zt shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, provided the Platform has not itself caused or materially contributed to the security failure.
5.1 All transactions on the 777zt Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via the payment methods listed in the Platform's Cashier section, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC-20).
5.2 Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published in the Cashier section and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
5.4 777zt reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests of substantial amounts, which may include requesting documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited.
5.5 Deposits made using a payment method that is subsequently found to be stolen, fraudulent, or used without authorisation will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
6.1 All bets and casino wagers placed on the 777zt Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published in the Help section of the Platform and take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict.
6.2 Once a bet has been confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. Settlement of bets will be conducted in accordance with the Platform's published settlement rules for each market.
6.3 777zt reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets made at clearly erroneous odds or as a result of a technical malfunction. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the User's account.
6.4 Casino games, including live dealer games and RNG-based slot titles, are subject to their respective published return-to-player (RTP) percentages and house edge figures. These are long-run theoretical averages; individual session outcomes will vary.
6.5 The Platform does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots, or any other tool designed to circumvent or exploit the Platform's systems. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of relevant balances.
7.1 Any bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits offered by 777zt are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion. These terms will specify wagering requirements, eligible markets, minimum odds, expiry periods, and any other conditions that apply.
7.2 Bonuses are intended for recreational play. Any attempt to abuse promotional offers – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or employing systematic betting patterns designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk – will result in the forfeiture of bonus balances and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
7.3 777zt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations arising in respect of already-accepted offers.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777zt Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

10.1 All content on the 777zt Platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, data, and trademarks, is the property of 777zt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
11.1 The 777zt Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777zt makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any of its services.
11.2 777zt shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from system downtime, connectivity issues, or events beyond the Platform's reasonable control.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.1 777zt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably believes you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by law or regulatory obligation.
12.2 Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, any balances that are determined to have been obtained through fraudulent or prohibited activity will be forfeited. Legitimate balances not derived from prohibited conduct will be returned to you following investigation.
12.3 You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 777zt support. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 5 business days, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
13.1 777zt may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least 14 days prior to the effective date, unless the change is required urgently by law or regulatory obligation.
13.2 If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.1 These Terms shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 777zt Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by the Platform's applicable regulatory framework.
14.2 Nothing in this clause shall restrict 777zt from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect the Platform's legitimate interests.
